Refunds & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the current billing period. Unused daily video credits do not roll over and are not refunded as cash. Contact support for billing disputes within 14 days of the charge.
