Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Quiz Shorts (the “Service”), including the marketing website, web application, APIs and related tooling. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

Quiz Shorts provides AI-assisted tools to create vertical quiz videos, manage drafts, render exports, optionally schedule draft generation, and publish to supported social platforms via official APIs. Features vary by plan and may change as we improve the product.

AI outputs can be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing quiz questions, images, audio, captions and final videos before publishing.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create security or abuse risk.

4. Plans, limits and billing

Free accounts receive one lifetime generation and cannot auto-publish. Paid plans include daily generation limits that reset at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over. Subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe until cancelled. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are handled through Stripe Customer Portal from your Account page. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to generate or publish unlawful, explicit, hateful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent or infringing content; to attempt to bypass plan limits, abuse free-tier controls or attack our infrastructure; or to violate platform rules of TikTok, YouTube or other destinations you publish to. 6. Your content

You retain rights to content you upload or create with the Service, subject to third-party rights (for example stock imagery licences or platform terms). You grant Quiz Shorts a limited licence to host, process, render, store and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed for your topics, images, audio and captions, and that publishing will not infringe others’ rights.

7. Social publishing

Publishing uses official platform APIs and may be subject to TikTok, YouTube and Meta review, quotas, authentication requirements and account status. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy enforcement, demonetisation or account restrictions applied by those platforms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, software and documentation are owned by Quiz Shorts and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to copy our product, reverse engineer it (except where law allows), or use our marks without permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output, or fitness for a particular commercial outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiz Shorts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel paid subscriptions via the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, non-payment or risk to the Service. After termination, media may be deleted according to your plan’s retention window.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
